Who gets a finishers medal?
All finishers 12 and up will receive an official BeYOUtie is a BEAST medal to commemorate their awesome achievement! Your medal will be waiting for you at the finish line. You must collect your medal at the event itself. Medals will not be available at the packet pickup and will not be mailed if you do not attend the event.
Who gets a T-shirt and bib?
All registered participants 12 and up.
Is there an age minimum or maximum?
All individual participants must be 12 years of age or older on event day to participate in the BeYOUtie is a BEAST event. A registered parent/guardian may participate with their minor child(ren) 11 and under. Minors must be accompanied by their parent/guardian while on the course.
Can I change my distance after I register?
Yes. If you want to change your distance you must do so before August 11th by emailing us at godsbeyouties@woficc.com.
Can I change my shirt size after I register?
Yes, if you want to change your shirt size you must do so before August 4th by emailing us at godsbeyouties@woficc.com. Important: We will not allow any try-ons or size swaps at packet pick-up, so please ensure you select the proper size when you register. You can find a size chart here.
Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
Yes! If someone is picking up your packet, please ensure they have either your confirmation email or a picture of your photo ID (a picture on their phone works great!).
I missed the packet pick-up. Can I still participate?
Yes, simply show a copy of your confirmation email at that start line. You will be able to pick up your packet at the finish line/after the event.
Can I walk the 5k/3K/1 Mile?
Definitely! Whether you are running, walking, or pushing a stroller, the goal is the same...cross the finish line. You can do it!
Will this event be timed?
No. We will, however, have a clock at the finish line if you would like to know your time. We want everyone to focus on fun, sisterhood and the strong and capable bodies God has blessed us with.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, only regular push strollers are allowed. Unfortunately no prams, wraps, backpacks, Bjorn’s, soft carriers, slings or wagons are allowed. We also encourage spectators to bring the little ones to help cheer on the participants!
Will you email me more information prior to the event?
We sure will! A couple weeks before August 24th, we’ll start sending you emails from godsbeyouties@woficc.com with everything you need to know to get prepped for event day. Make sure to add us to your safe-sender list so you can stay in the loop.
What happens if there is bad weather?
If there is bad/unsafe weather on event day we will work to reschedule the event for another day and time.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given, unless the event is cancelled. Please note that a date change is not a cancellation.
